RSA's Weekly Practice Schedules for July 22, 2024 Through July 28, 2024

Dear RSA Families:

Practice schedules for the week of July 22^nd through July 28^th are posted. There are several changes to the Sonner and the Bluffs (North) schedules as a result of the Tar Heel States Meet. In addition, the Bluffs (North) schedule is revised to reflect the additional lane availability with the end of the summer league swim team season. Please review the schedules carefully to see how your athlete(s) may be affected.

• Monday Changes:
  • Practice is cancelled for the following group:
    • Blackfin 2 dryland practice is cancelled.
• Tuesday Changes:
  • Practice is cancelled for the following group:
    • Dolphin dryland practice is cancelled.
• Wednesday Changes:
  • Practice is modified for the following group:
    • Senior Silver morning practice is modified to 6:30am to 8:30am and dryland practice is modified to 4:30pm to 5:30pm.
  • Practices are cancelled for the following groups:
    • PreSenior morning practice is cancelled.
    • Senior Silver afternoon practice is cancelled.
• Thursday Changes:
  • Practice is modified for the following group:
    • Blackfin 2 dryland practice is added from 7:00pm to 7:30pm.
    • Senior Silver morning practice is modified to 6:30am to 8:30am.
  • Practices are cancelled for the following groups:
    • Jack 2 dryland practice is cancelled.
    • Senior Gold afternoon practice is cancelled.
    • Senior Silver afternoon practice is cancelled.
• Friday Changes:
  • Practices are cancelled for all groups.
• Saturday Changes:
  • Practices are cancelled for the following groups:
    • Barracuda, Cobia, Dolphin, Jack 1, Jack 2, Mackerel, Mako, Nova, PreSenior, Senior Gold, Senior Silver, and Wahoo
• Sunday Changes:
  • Practices are cancelled for the following groups:
    • Cobia, PreSenior, Senior Gold, and Senior Silver

• Changes:
  • Please review the Bluffs schedule fully to determine the changes for your athlete since the additional lane availability has changed the practices for all practice groups.
  • There are no practices for any groups on Friday.
  • Minnow is the only group who has practice on Saturday.
  • There is no practice for any group on Sunday.
